We learn about your health history, lifestyle, habits, current health concerns and provide plan to include recommended herbs, practices, bodywork, skincare, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations personalized to your dosha.
Meet with Ayurveda Health Coach, Stephani Lipford, as she guides your personal health journey with high-level insight. In the Initial Consultation, you’ll discuss lifestyle practices, well-being, health history + goals, mind-body constitution, diet, and primary concerns during the 2-hour holistic assessment. You’ll identify subtle patterns affecting health or causing imbalance and understand how to align your body, discover foods to nourish your body, and simple practices to help you back to health and well-being or maintain your vitality. Stephani will prepare a simple lifestyle plan to bring you back to balance.

Our online, in-person or outdoor yoga classes allow you to work one-on-one with your own yoga teacher where the session is geared toward you and your goals. In our slower-paced classes, we cue breath, alignment, and movement, which is ideal for learning yoga poses (asanas).
We’re here to guide you in a beginner yoga practice or when you want to go back to basics in your personal practice. Come explore yoga as you are! We welcome you to our community!
