Which Ayurvedic Dosha Are You?
Dosha refers to the inherent energy patterns present in our bodies according to Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine. Each dosha, namely Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, represents a unique combination of elements that govern distinct physical and emotional traits.
Understanding my dosha has provided invaluable insight into my overall well-being. As a Pitta-Kapha dosha, I possess a blend of fire, water + earth elements that manifest as fast-paced, organized, and ambitious, and a propensity for calmness and strong digestion. However, this dosha combination also requires me to balance managing stress and maintaining consistency in my routine. The pitta-kapha dosha harmonizes the intensity of pitta with the grounding nature of kapha. Embracing and working with my dosha has empowered me to make informed lifestyle choices to foster harmony and vitality within myself.
